DELIVERY COSTS

The following shipping costs apply to all orders:

UK DELIVERY* - Royal Mail 1st Class

 - UK  Orders between £0.01 and £75 = £3.95

 - UK  Orders over £75 = Free Delivery!

* Includes UK Mainland, The Channel Islands and Isle of Wight, N.Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Hebrides, Shetlands, Isle of Man etc..

- UK Mainland Next working day delivery** = £7.95

 

BFPO Numbers / Addresses
We are unable to delier to any BFPO numbers / addresses. In order to send to a BFPO, you must supply the complete address.

 

 

**NEXT WORKING DAY UPS 24 HOUR - £7.95 - UK MAINLAND ONLY

Due to the combined factors of VAT increase and increased fuel costs - we now incur increased surcharges from UPS, so the cost of next day delivery has unfortunately now risen by £1 from £6.95 to £7.95. Please note that next working day delivery service is for the customers' benefit when wishing to receive extremely prompt delivery of their items. We do not make any profit whatsoever from this service.

The following are details of our UPS UK Mainland Next Working Day Delivery service:

- Orders placed by 9am Monday - Friday, will be received on the following working Day.

- Orders placed after 9am, weekends and Bank Holidays will be received on the second working day.

- PLEASE NOTE: Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as "working days".

UPS will attempt to deliver to the delivery address you provided between 8am - 6pm. A signature will be required by UPS upon receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Please note:

Next Day Delivery is NOT available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

NON EU / WORLD DELIVERY

Delivery Terms

We aim to deliver UK orders within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order. All stock is held inhouse so EU orders can generally be expected within 3 -7 working days and Non EU orders (worldwide) within 7-14 days.

 Occasionally products do go out of stock and if this is the case we will endeavor to source them as soon as possible. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered cannot be delivered within the 1-3 day timeframe. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

If goods are being sent outside of the EU we will remove any VAT (Value Added Tax) applied at the prevailing rate by the UK government to goods purchased. Customs or import duties are then applied once the package reaches its destination country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, holding fees). We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change so we would advise you to contact your local customs office for current, up-to-date information prior to placing your order.

We will also not be liable for any further costs incurred as a result of a recipient's refusal to pay customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by Team Direct  as a result of the recipient's refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.

 

Delivery Restrictions

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, off shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some, or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. We will contact you if there are any delivery restrictions to your address. (If you require further information please contact us).

RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that any goods are delivered to you in perfect condition, and that we deliver the correct goods. However, we are only human, and should you receive incorrect or faulty goods please ring us promptly on 01392 35 47 91, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace the goods.

If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase. (Exceptions can be arranged for Christmas and gift presents. Call for details).

Please note all parcels must be sent back using Recorded Delivery. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of us receiving the goods with notification confirmed via the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Non-UK customers returning their goods for exchange within the returns period of 14 days after purchase will be subjected to a charge for postage costs incurred when re-shipping the product(s). Charges will be taken from the card used when placing your original order. 

A delivery charge will be made for all goods replaced due to customer ordering error.

Please include a note stating reasons for return.

Please note: Do not return goods without speaking to us first (by calling 01392 354791), so that we can arrange replacements or a refund without delay. If you should receive goods that do not meet your expectations, then you can of course return them for a full refund within 7 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, still in a good resaleable condition, and in their original packing.
